What will your role involve?

  • elaboration of customer offers
  • new creation of customer orders and dispatch of order confirmations
  • order scheduling and monitoring
  • invoice
  • handling of complaints and processing of credits
  • maintenance of customer master data
  • cooperation in continuous process optimization
  • telephone support and written order execution
  • assuring the tasks from quality and environmental management
  • handling of customs formalities

What you will need:

  • completed commercial apprenticeship
  • professional experience in back office desirable
  • good MS Office and SAP Business One skills
  • good command of written and spoken English
  • team spirit and strong communication skills
  • reliable and systematic as well as independent approach
  • high motivation and commitment
