Shopping mall Nowa Stacja
Nowa Stacja is the first modern shopping mall and service center in Pruszków. The investors wanted to create a place where everyone can find something for themselves and they succeeded in doing so.
Visitors can not only enjoy the diverse selection of shops, but also use and visit rooms such as the relaxation station, the taste station, a cinema and even a joint co-working space.
The construction of the shopping mall began in April 2017 and was completed by the end of 2018. The total area of this two-storey shopping mall is 40,000 m² and the usable area is 27,000 m², of which the largest part is the sales area. The new construction was all about sustainability. Due to its construction, the building has received a BREEAM certification with a rating of very good.
Our input in this project was the integration of a rainwater utilization system. By using the extremely efficient and ecological Biovitor filters from GreenLife, the rainwater is optimally recycled here. Biovitor technology is the world’s leading-edge solution for rainwater recovery.
