Investment project: Atrium 2

The office building with a total rental area of more than 20,000 m² is located at the buzzy business location ONZ Rondabout in downtown Warsaw and has an excellent connection to public transports. The building has exceptional technical solutions that reduce the consumption of water and energy. The Atrium 2 is pre-certified in LEED Platinum – the highest level available. In Atrium 2, the energy consumption is 25 % and the water consumption 50 % lower than in other buildings of the same category. Atrium 2 has an excellent daylight access, a daylighting control system, adiabatic humidifiers, gray water and rainwater recycling as well as sockets for electric cars. The project was developed using local and recycled materials.

The plant is installed on 2 levels – on the floor -3, tanks for sedimentation, aeration and filtration are placed. On level -4, the clear water tanks and a cellar tank 4,000 l with Biovitor DN 200 for replenishment of rainwater have been installed.
